Scratch

Scratch is a site that uses programing to make games, stories, and much more. I think it is a fun way to learn about programing.
I have been doing it for about a year now, and I have learned so much. I've found out how to download, edit, and create new scratches. when I log on now, I am usually a recent visitor, from being on so much. I have learned so much, and I am hoping to learn more.

Here are some scratch terms that people commnly misuse:
1. a script and a costume: a costume is a series of pictures that make up a movement, while the script carries out the movement.
2. a tile and a sprite: these two building blocks of scratches are very diffrent. A tile is a part of a script, that when joined out together, can carry out an action. A sprite is a image that can be changed by costumes, and scripts.
3. varibles: varibles are the "controllers" of action, more than one varible can create a impressive, complex sprite.

What I lerned about scratch is create a game, and choose of a character and create videos and charicters.
