Scratch Task 2
Scratch is a programing tool used to add animation to games, videos, and a lot of other things. I can make different games, videos and add animation to them. I can make things from scratch, or change someone elses to make it unique. You can change color or program the character(s) to do something like dance, glide, or walk. On Scratch you can make something really cool, really fast, or you can take a long time to make something really cool. You can change the characters to something completely different.
Tiles are motions, sound, color, and a lot of other things that when put together make up a script. A script is tiles put together, and when played, change color, make sound and make characters move. Scripts can play forever until told to stop, or can just last a few seconds. It is up to you. Something cool about a script is that it won't start moving and changing until you program it to. Programing can take a few seconds, a few minutes, a few hours, or a few days! It just depends on what you want to do. A sprite is a person, animal, or imaginary thing on Scratch. After programing something, ( or during programing) you can change your sprite, or add another sprite to the screen. It doesn't take long to get a sprite. Sprites can be changed to look like something completly different. Sprites make up costumes. Costumes can show color change, sound changing, and the sprite moving.
